Mare Group has started the process of transferring its ordinary shares from Euronext Growth Milan to the regulated Euronext Milan market, with the additional objective of joining the STAR segment if the relevant requirements are met. The board is targeting completion within twelve months.
Board decision
The project remains subject to the required corporate and regulatory steps. These include shareholder approval, Consob approval of the prospectus and Borsa Italiana’s admission decision. No transfer date has yet been fixed.
Why STAR matters
Potential STAR admission would require additional standards relating to liquidity, disclosure and corporate governance. Mare Group said the project is intended to broaden its institutional investor base, increase visibility and strengthen access to capital markets. These are the issuer’s stated objectives, not a forecast of market performance.
Specialist change
The company also announced that Intermonte SIM will become Specialist from 14 October 2026, replacing MIT SIM after 13 October.
The company
Mare Group is an Italian high-tech engineering group operating across Aerospace & Defence, Industry & Transport, Critical Infrastructure and Construction. Its shares currently trade on Euronext Growth Milan under ticker MARE, ISIN IT0005588626.
