IFM – Italian Financial Markets makes regulated news from Italian-listed companies easier to access and understand.

We cover Borsa Italiana, Euronext Milan, Euronext Growth Milan and EGM Pro, with particular attention to companies with a market capitalization below €1 billion. Articles combine official announcements, corporate documents, context and verifiable market data.

Technology and transparency

Monitoring and first-draft production are automated with artificial intelligence. This enables broad and timely coverage but does not eliminate the risk of error. Each article therefore links to its sources, includes an AI disclosure and provides a channel for corrections.

Independence

IFM does not publish investment advice, ratings or target prices. Relevant personal, professional or financial relationships between the publisher and companies covered should be disclosed transparently when applicable.
