GT Talent Group has renewed its corporate bodies. Shareholders set the Board of Directors at three members, appointing Cosimo Saracino as chair, Alberto Girotti as director and Ferdinando Aprile as independent director. The board will remain in office for three financial years.

The board appointments were approved with 94.135% of the voting rights represented at the meeting. Shareholders also appointed the Board of Statutory Auditors for 2026-2028, with Angelo Di Leva as chair and Massimiliano Bocchini and Domenico Peca as standing auditors. Crowe Bompani was appointed statutory auditor.

The governance renewal comes while GT Talent Group shares remain suspended from trading on Euronext Growth Milan. The new board and audit bodies therefore redefine the company’s governance structure, but do not in themselves imply a resumption of trading.
