Bellini Nautica said subsidiary Bellini Yacht approved a divisible cash capital increase offered to shareholders for a total of €2.76 million. The transaction is linked to the fundraising approved by the parent company at the end of July and is intended to support the operating company’s production and commercial development.
Transaction figures
The capital increase consists of €59,512.50 allocated to share capital and €2,700,487.50 to share premium. Blue Luxury, which held about 1.45% of Bellini Yacht before the transaction, waived its subscription right. Following subscription, Bellini Nautica is expected to hold about 65.36% of Bellini Yacht, with five minority shareholders holding the remaining 34.64%.
Use of proceeds
Proceeds are mainly earmarked for completion of the Astor range, production support ahead of US market expansion, acceleration of the new superyacht range launched with Eternal 36, and research and development. The company also referenced the recent presentation of the Astor 68 at the Cannes Yachting Festival.
