EPH Invest: Todini transaction perimeter valued at €200 million

EPH Invest reported a €200 million fair value for the perimeter involved in the planned integration of the Todini Costruzioni Generali group into the listed company. The announcement appears in the company’s official Investor Relations archive for 15 September.

The figure refers to the assets included in the transaction. It does not represent EPH’s stock-market capitalization and should not be read as a target price for the shares.

Transaction context

An earlier official update dated 25 August described the planned contribution of 100% of FMH Due, which owns 60% of Todini Costruzioni Generali and 100% of Mattei Group; Mattei Group in turn owns 70% of Romelectro. FIN.MAR. Holding had previously indicated a minimum valuation of €180 million.

In that update, EPH stated that the industrial data received from the counterparty had not been independently verified by the listed company. Those figures included an indicated Todini order backlog of about €2.2 billion, with completion expected by 2029. The valuation of the transaction perimeter and the actual completion of the integration remain separate steps.
