- €171,000 EBIT

Markbass, the Euronext Growth Milan-listed designer and manufacturer of amplifiers and professional audio systems, approved its results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Production value rose from €5.7 million to €6.3 million, mainly supported by a €763,000 increase in inventories and investment in internally generated assets.
Sales revenue declined 2.3% to €5.3 million. The company attributed the decrease to delays in raw-material deliveries and the postponement of some shipments to July. EBITDA fell from €679,000 to €623,000, with margin narrowing from 11.8% to 9.8%. EBIT decreased from €278,000 to €171,000 and net profit from €37,000 to €2,000.
Product lines
The core Markbass line generated €3.9 million, broadly stable year on year (-1.5%). Blackline grew 26.9% to €628,000, while MarkInstruments declined 29.6% to €472,000. The Sweetwater partnership in the United States and the development of Markbass Audio remain important strategic drivers.
Financial position and outlook
The net financial position was positive by €1.8 million, improving from €1.2 million at the end of 2025. Equity increased to €8.95 million, also supported by €1.13 million raised through the partial exercise of warrants. In the second half, Markbass plans to continue industrialising new product lines and expanding in professional audio and musical instruments.
