Websolute reported first-half revenue of €12.6 million, up 14.1%. Excluding recharged commercial costs, productive revenue was €11 million, up 5.5%, while value of production reached €13.4 million.
EBITDA was €1.8 million, up 47.3%, while adjusted EBITDA reached €2.03 million, equal to a 15.2% margin on value of production. Net income moved from a €121,000 loss to a €229,000 profit.
Net financial debt fell from €6.4 million to €4.68 million. Operating cash flow was €2.5 million and investments totalled €855,000.
The order backlog stood at €8.47 million, up 18.6%. The group confirmed its 2026 targets: revenue of €23.1-24.5 million, EBITDA of €3.7-4.1 million and net debt of €4.8-5.3 million. These are company forecasts, not achieved results.
