Pattern approved its consolidated half-year financial report to 30 June 2026, reporting revenue growth and a significant improvement in profitability.
Key figures
Total revenue reached €57.4 million, up 7.3% from €53.5 million in H1 2025. Growth was particularly strong in leather goods (+30.4%) and apparel (+6.8%). EBITDA rose from €1.6 million to €3.8 million, with the margin improving from 2.9% to 6.6%.
EBIT remained slightly negative at €72,000, compared with a €2.1 million loss a year earlier. The period closed with a net loss of €1.1 million, from €1.6 million, while adjusted group net income was negative by €84,000 versus a €1.4 million loss.
Net financial debt stood at €23.4 million, compared with €19.8 million at 31 December 2025. The net-debt/EBITDA ratio nevertheless improved to 2.9 from 3.4 at year-end. The company linked the increase in debt partly to extraordinary transactions during the semester.
The board also approved the merger plan to incorporate Dyloan Bond Factory into Pattern as part of the group’s production and organisational integration.
