Gens Aurea’s first half-year report since listing showed rapid growth, led by the Buy-Sell business, whose revenue rose 138% to €793.7 million and represented roughly 96% of sales. Italy generated €558.8 million, Spain €162.5 million and Switzerland €87.7 million.
Cash generation reached €117 million, equal to 96% of adjusted EBITDA. The group achieved its year-end net-cash objective early despite paying €55 million of pre-IPO dividends. Its network comprised 560 stores at 30 June, 27 more than at end-2025.
Full-year guidance was confirmed: revenue of around €1.5 billion, adjusted EBITDA above €200 million, adjusted net profit above €130 million and investment of about €9 million. International expansion remains the main growth driver.
