FAE Technology delivered double-digit growth in the first half of 2026, supported by the enlarged scope including Kayser Italia and by organic development. The pro-forma figures show the group as if the transaction had been included for the full period.
On the reported basis, which does not consolidate Kayser for all six months, revenue was €39.5 million, up 21%; production value reached €42.3 million, up 31.4%; EBITDA was €2.6 million, up 20.7%; and net profit was €0.6 million. Reported net debt stood at €13.5 million and net working capital at €30.6 million.
Subsidiary MY Fast PCBA generated €1.9 million of revenue, up 26.7%. Management retained a positive stance for the second half, citing customer diversification and the order book, while the higher debt also reflects growth and integration of the enlarged perimeter.
