Eukedos returned to profit in the first half of 2026 as production value and EBITDA increased. Its financial position remains materially affected by lease liabilities recognised under IFRS 16.

Half-year performance
The Care division generated production value of €26.9 million, EBITDA of €6.7 million and operating profit of €4.2 million. The operational improvement enabled the group to move from a loss in the comparative period to a €446,000 profit.
Net debt rose from €128.8 million at end-2025 to €130.2 million; excluding IFRS 16, it increased from €71.2 million to €72.8 million. The group is continuing to develop properties for its own care operations and energy-efficiency projects.
