Redelfi closed the first half of 2026 with stronger profitability and consolidated net profit of €6.8 million, while net financial debt of €18.7 million came in worse than the industrial-plan guidance.
Key figures
- Production value: €16.1 million, from €15.9 million.
- EBITDA: €11.3 million, from €10.4 million.
- EBITDA margin: 70.3%.
- EBIT: €10.5 million, from €9.6 million.
- Consolidated net profit: €6.8 million, including €5.9 million attributable to the group.
- Net financial position: €18.7 million of net debt.
The earnings improvement mainly reflects the progressive monetisation of BESS projects developed in Italy. Management says the group is moving from a pipeline-development phase toward economic monetisation as projects receive permits and competitive sale processes begin.
Why net debt is above guidance
Redelfi attributes the variance to several factors: the €11.2 million GPA earn-out being paid earlier than envisaged in the plan; €9 million related to the capital increase and warrant exercise; missing proceeds from US project disposals after the strategic shift toward Italy; and the postponement of some Bright Storage pipeline receipts because of an ongoing competitive process.
The company
Redelfi is an Euronext Growth Milan-listed management company focused on the energy transition, particularly the development and monetisation of battery energy storage system projects.
