Confinvest Oro closed the first half of 2026 with record revenue of €86.1 million, up 80%, while EBITDA and net profit were slightly below the previous year due to integration costs and non-recurring valuation effects.
Key figures
- Revenue: €86.1 million, +80% from €47.8 million.
- Dierre contribution: about €30 million since consolidation began on 4 February.
- Standalone revenue: about €56 million, above the previous record.
- First margin: €3.2 million, +60%.
- EBITDA: €1.0 million, from €1.1 million.
- Net profit: €602,000, from €684,000.
- Net financial debt: €2.7 million, from €0.2 million at end-2025.
The half-year results include about €700,000 of non-recurring items: roughly €500,000 of costs related to the Dierre acquisition and integration and around €200,000 of negative valuation effects on gold inventories. Excluding these items, the company indicates management EBITDA of about €1.7 million.
The increase in debt reflects greater use of bank financing to support working capital and the Dierre integration. Adjusting the net financial position for excess gold inventory, the company reports a positive net cash position of €3.8 million. Equity increased to €11.8 million, also supported by €3.5 million of capital increases.
