First-half performance
Consolidated revenue fell to €26.0 million from €27.9 million in H1 2025. Italian sales amounted to €25.2 million, down 4.9%, while foreign sales declined to €0.8 million from €1.4 million. EU markets accounted for 34.3% of exports and non-EU markets for 65.7%.
EBITDA was €1.9 million, with a 7.3% margin compared with 7.9% a year earlier. EBIT came to €0.7 million and group net profit remained positive at €286,000.
The balance-sheet trend improved: net financial debt declined to €8.0 million from €10.8 million at 31 December 2025. Excluding IFRS 16 liabilities, debt fell to €1.4 million from €3.4 million.
Outlook
Management said weakness in selected markets—particularly the Middle East and the luxury segment at Mirabello Carrara—more than offset the 4.7% revenue growth recorded by the parent company. For the second half, the group flags high uncertainty and expects a moderate reduction in full-year revenue and margins.
