Powersoft closed the first half of 2026 with higher revenue and profitability: consolidated revenue reached €46.3 million, EBITDA rose to €12.0 million and net profit increased to €4.6 million.

First-half results
Powersoft’s board approved the consolidated interim financial report on 24 September 2026. Revenue growth was accompanied by stronger operating profitability: the EBITDA margin improved from 25.1% to 27.2%, while the EBIT margin reached 20.4%.
Consolidated net profit increased by 8.6% to €4.6 million. Net financial debt stood at €41.9 million, compared with €38.3 million at 31 December 2025; the comparison also reflects the €10 million dividend paid on 24 June 2026.
