Planetel has withdrawn from its Euronext Growth Adviser agreement with Alantra and its Specialist agreement with MIT SIM. The company has already started the process to appoint replacements.

Adviser change
Planetel exercised its contractual withdrawal rights under the requirements applicable to Euronext Growth Milan issuers. Alantra’s services will end after 28 December, while MIT SIM’s services will end after 31 December.
The company said it has already begun the procedures required to appoint a new Euronext Growth Adviser and a new Specialist, supporting continuity of the mandatory EGM functions.
