Ecomembrane closed the first half of 2026 with production value of €20.8 million, more than double the year-earlier level, while EBITDA returned to a positive €1.2 million.

Growth was driven by higher revenue at the parent company and, in particular, by work in progress. Around 80% of the increase related to solar projects, including plant construction and single-axis trackers. The US operations also showed a recovery.
The return to operating profitability reflected improvements at the parent company, the US subsidiaries and SBS Solar. At 30 June, cash and current financial assets stood at €9.5 million against financial debt of €5.6 million. Equity amounted to €16 million.
The company
Ecomembrane designs and manufactures gasholders, membranes and containment systems for biogas, biomethane and other gases used in green-energy production. Through SBS Solar it is also active in photovoltaic plants and solar trackers. It is listed on Euronext Growth Milan.
